PRICES We are based in Britain and all prices quoted are in £ sterling. UK VAT is not included yet.

PAYMENT You can pay using a credit or debit card, via Google Checkout or by telephone/internet banking. We will supply our banking information by e-mail if you wish to pay by bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by cheeque/postal order please email us for details.

DELIVERY Delivery charges are shown when you are at the checkout. Our standard delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Largerheavier parcels may be deliivered via siged for courier service. For the Rest of the World we use International Signed For post - please email us for the most current prices for this service. All our items are traceable and carry tracking numbers. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we always despatch within 3 to 5 working days unless there is a doubt about an order or the delivery address. We will contact you if that is the case. Where an item is kustom made or is a made to order item it may take up to 28 days - if needed sooner we rely upon customers to advise us of this and we can discuss the required timescale.

LOST ITEMS Fortunately, very little tends to go missing and everything is traceable. A refund for lost items may be dependent upon a Royal Mail compensation claim (we make sure everything is adequately insured). We will only consider a claim for missing items if it is made within 3 months of the date of despatch. Customers help may be needed at times to help trace an item.

FRAUD PREVENTION Please note all orders with a value of £250 or more will only be sent to the confirmed billing address of the paying cardholder (unless the customer is well known to us).

PURCHASING All items are subject to availability and if there is a problem we will advise you of this as soon as we are aware. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product and we will e-mail you confirmation of your order request immediately. We will e-mail you within 3 working days if we are unable or unwilling to supply a product. The contract will be filed. UK Tax legislation requires us to retain records of our sales for 5 years. For safety reasons your order data is not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

CANCELLATION You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund minus our pastage costs.

RETURNS Returns address - 17 Poolsweir, Stokeinteignhead, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 4QT - Tel 01626 873134 We will accept returns on items providing: a) You have notified us of your wish to return the item inside of 7 days of its delivery to you b) The item is back with us within 14 days of delivery to you; c) The item must be returned unworn (except to try on), in the same condition as when we despatched it, and with all original tagging / labelling attached. If you return an item without notification we will simply hold onto it and await your contact. If items are returned out of time they will not be accepted. Details of where to send returned items will be included in your order confirmation.

REFUNDS You will automatically receive a store credit or be offered an exchange of equal value unless you have expressed a preference fior a refund, in which case your refund will be a full one for the items you return less our postal costs. We will respond to complaints / questions / refund requests at the same speed as we clear orders. Statutory Rights These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
